Celeb 2nds have adequate security measures in place to protect it’s customer database and access to this database is restricted. For obvious reasons we shall refrain from describing those measures in the public domain. Nevertheless, it remains each registered person’s responsibility:
- to protect against unauthorised access to those elements of your personal data which you do not wish to be released;
- to ensure that nobody other than you uses the Celeb 2nds site (e.g. leaving your machine “logged on” to our site, but unattended);
- to log off or exit from the Celeb 2nds website when not using it; and
- to keep your password secret.
Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under the Celeb 2nds Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, or as may be required from time to time by applicable law, thereafter we will delete such data. You are entitled to ask us to disclose to you what data we hold which concerns you. In the event of such a request we will abide by the relevant provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. We would remind our users from any countries outside of England and Wales that upon entering this site you accepted our Terms and Conditions. These state that the only laws governing your use of this site are those of England and Wales.

De-Registration from Celeb 2nds
You may have your registration details removed at any time. To remove yourself, please login to your account, and once logged in, click on the "delete account" link. This will notify us that you wish to remove your account, and providing there are no irregularities (i.e. you are still involved in an auction) we will remove all your details.
