Children with AIDS charity are auctioning this signed book by Piers Morgan, former editor of the News of the World and the Daily Mirror.

Piers Morgan was born Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan on 30 March 1965 in Sussex.  He went to Chailey Comprehensive, Lewes Priory Sixth Form College and Harlow Journalism College.

After a stint with Lloyd's of London, Piers Morgan was a reporter with the Surrey and South London Newspaper Group, before becoming Show business Editor of the Sun from 1989 to 1994.

Piers Morgan was editor of the News of the World from 1994 to 1995. He left the News of the World to become Editor of the arch-rival Daily Mirror. A position he held until May 2004.  He is now known for his television work, working alongside Simon Cowell on Britain’s Got Talent and America’s Got Talent and is currently hosting The Dark Side of Fame.

This would make a great Christmas present for a fan.
